Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the MVP Arena website.

I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my Travel Package?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR experience at Phish Albany, please reach out to us HERE with the following information immediately after purchase:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA Requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For Accessible Seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on MVP Arena availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

What day is the WaterWheel Foundation Pre Show Event?

The Foundation Pre Show Event is only on Saturday, October 26th.

How do I purchase a WaterWheel Foundation Pre Show Event Ticket?

A limited number of WaterWheel Foundation Pre Show Event Tickets will be available in the Phish ticket request pre sale. An additional number will be available during the general on sale via Ticketmaster as an add on to 3 Day and Saturday single day tickets.

Also one Travel Package includes Foundation Pre Show Event Tickets – The Hyatt Place Albany Foundation Travel Package for 2.

How do I place my order?

All WaterWheel Foundation Pre Show Event Tickets must be purchased online. They will go on sale on Friday, September 20 @ 10am ET and will not require a password or code to purchase. After you click ‘Purchase’, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is there an age restriction for the Foundation Pre Show Event Ticket?

No! There is no age restriction for these tickets.

Is there a Foundation Pre Show Event Ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a four (4) ticket limit for Foundation Pre Show tickets. 

How will I receive my Foundation tickets for the show?

All Foundation Pre Show Event Tickets will be digital. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster prompting you to claim your Foundation ticket(s). Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your Ticketmaster account, digital wallet OR print prior to entering the Pre Show. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Foundation Ticket to access your tickets in Ticketmaster.

Do I need a ticket to the Phish show to attend the Foundation Pre Show Event?

Yes! Foundation tickets are only valid if you also have a ticket to the Saturday, October 26th Phish Albany show.

When will I receive information about Foundation Pre Show Event check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details are subject to change.

Do I need a floor ticket to be part of the first entry component of the Foundation Ticket?

Yes! First entry to the floor will be available to floor ticket owners only, and will be selected via a random drawing.

Will I get first entry with my Foundation ticket if I purchase a Premium Reserved seat to the show?

No, Foundation ticket first entry to the floor is only available to guests with a floor ticket. If you are purchasing a travel package, be sure to select a Floor ticket if you wish to access this first entry.

When will the random drawing for floor first entry take place?

More information about the first entry random drawing will be provided closer to the show.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the Foundation Pre Show Event check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show. 

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the Foundation Pre Show Ticket?

No – Foundation Tickets do not include parking. Please check the MVP Arena website for more information regarding venue parking. 

Is there a bag policy?

Please check the MVP Arena website for more information about their bag policy.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Foundation Pre Show Ticket?

All Foundation Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Our Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Phish Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale Wednesday, September 11 @ 10am ET. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability. 

Is there an age restriction for the Phish Travel Packages?

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for the Phish Travel Packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for Travel Packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on October 4, 2024. If you purchase after October 4, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you purchase prior to October 4, 2024 and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the October 4, 2024 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you. 

Do the Travel Packages come with tickets for all three nights of Phish Albany?

Yes! All Travel Packages include two Floor or Premium Reserved (seated) tickets to see Phish on October 25, 26, and 27 at MVP Arena.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or Floor ticket when I purchase a Travel Package?

Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or Floor ticket as part of their Travel Package, depending on availability. Be sure to select your preferred ticket type on the Travel Packages page (here) when selecting your hotel and ticket type.

What is a Floor ticket?

Floor tickets allow entry to the event floor and have no seats assigned to them.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as a Foundation Pre Show Ticket?

Platinum tickets are not Foundation tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the Foundation Pre Show Event. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct ticket or package.

Does my Travel Package come with a Foundation Pre Show Event Ticket?

Only if you purchase a “Hyatt Place Albany Foundation Travel Package for 2”. All other travel packages, including “Hyatt Place Albany Floor Travel Package for 2” do not come with a Foundation Pre Show Ticket.

If you’d like to purchase a ticket for the Foundation Pre Show on Saturday, October 26th, it must be purchased separately.

How will I know where my seats will be at MVP Arena?

When purchasing your package, you will have the option to select Floor or Premium Reserved tickets during the purchase process. If you select Premium Reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process and in your purchase confirmation email.

Will my seats be the same for all three nights?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for all three nights included within your Travel Package.

How and where will I receive my show tickets?

All tickets for the Phish Travel Packages will be digital. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster prompting you to claim your tickets to the shows. Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your Ticketmaster account, digital wallet OR print prior to getting to the show. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to access your tickets in Ticketmaster.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

If your Travel Package includes roundtrip transportation, more information and details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email to the purchaser closer to the show dates!

Round trip transportation is included in these hotel’s travel packages: 

  • Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton East Greenbush
  • Home2 Suites by Hilton Albany

Is parking included in my Travel Package?

No – Travel Packages do not include hotel or venue parking. Please check the MVP Arena website for more information regarding venue parking, and the individual hotel website for information regarding hotel parking. 

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the available hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See distances below.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges. 

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day.

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

Yes, but you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.

We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate – requests are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email Friday, October 11, 2024.

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to 100x using the email address used to purchase your Travel Package in order to have the package holder information updated. Please reach out to us HERE with all of the information below prior to Friday, October 11, 2024 with the request – requests are not guaranteed.

Once you have notified us by Friday, October 11, 2024, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room and pick up their event merchandise and shuttle wristbands (if applicable) at the hotel.

If concert tickets are already in the original purchaser’s Ticketmaster account, you will be responsible for ensuring those tickets are transferred over to the new package holder. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop on Ticketmaster’s website.

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
